This french phrase is one of the methods for remembering
the names of the ten Beaujolais Crus:
Si Je Cache Mon Fromage, Comment Mener Royalement Bonne Chère ?
Saint Amour, Juliénas, Chénas, Moulin-à-Vent, Fleurie, Chiroubles, Morgon, Régnié, Brouilly et Côte de Brouilly.
From Saint-Amour up north, to Brouilly and Côte-de-Brouilly in the south, Beaujolais Crus are soft, round and full-bodied wines, very refreshing also.
Here, there is no place for Chardonnay. Only red wines are produced in these Beaujolais villages, and only from Gamay grapes. Everything is harvested on over 6 000 hectares.
