    We draw our « Savoir-faire » from our regional wine roots and benefit from a privileged geographical location for transport and export. We vinify, blend and sell bulk wines in line with your requests and your needs

    Winemaking

    Winemaker for more than 20 years, we mainly produce Burgundy wines. This winemaking activity was developed with the goal of controlling quality as early as possible and to meet the requirements of our customers.

    We maintain privileged relations with the Burgundy vineyard, allowing a wide supply of quality to vinify all types of AOP white wines from Bourgogne Aligoté to the prestigious white wine villages of the Côte de Beaune, the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais…

    We also vinify wines without Geographical indication with grape varieties (Chardonnay, Sauvignon, etc.)

    Our wines are vinified under controlled fermentation and can be marketed at different stages of production from brut to “ready-to-bottle”.

    Knowing the terrain and the market allows us to seize the best opportunities and ensure quality and quantity. For red wines, our wine purchases can be made early, thus making it possible to respond to requests for early supplies from our customers who wish to carry out their own aging.

    Aging

    After a selection (taste and analysis) of our purchases, the wines enter our winery on the date we choose. During their ageing, they are regularly analyzed and tasted. We can present samples to you at any time of the year. Each selected cuvée is then clearly identified and can be delivered to you whenever you wish

    Our traceability software allows complete recording: from the reception of the wines then the blends, relocations, addition of oenological products to deliveries.

    At your request, we can carry out the following treatments: fining, kieselguhr filtration (white earth, pink depending on the desired turbidity), sulphiting… Our laboratory allows us to follow all the classic analytical parameters and our oenologist can respond to your requests and/or needs. An analysis report can be provided to you on delivery.

    Blending

    The quality of the wines comes from the variety of terroirs, climates and grape varieties. The first part of our job is to select them for you. Passionate and experienced, we source our supplies from winegrowers, cooperatives and wine merchants in all regions of France and European countries.

    We can offer you unique « cuvées » made at the specific request of each customer with full traceability of the wine.

    For customers who wish, we are able to ensure continuity of selected « cuvées » in Wine without Geographical Indication : analytical and organoleptic consistency.
