Chablis Area

Located in the North of Burgundy, this wine region extends over 5 000 hectares from each side of « Le Serein » river. Chablis is known for producing only crystal clear and perfumed white wines from chardonnay grapes
Corbet-Le-Chablisien

Two thirds of the production is destined to the Chablis appellation.

The other third  represents the Chablis 1er crus (14%) with 40 classified Climates (Mont de Milieu, Fourchaume, Montée de Tonnere, Vaillons, etc…), Chablis Grand Crus (1%) 7 in number : Les Clos, Grenouille, Bougros, Blanchot, Preuses, Valmur and Vaudésir, then Petit Chablis (19%).

65% of wines from the Chablis wine region are destined for the export, 37% of those in the European Union. Biggest Chablis Importer is England with 22% of market share
