Recognized in 1977, this AOP is located in the Var, Bouches-Du-Rhones and a township of Alpes-Maritimes. Production represents over 800\u00a0000 hectoliters, 92% in ros\u00e9 wines<\/p>\n

Born in 1985, production spreads from Durance to the mediterranean sea. On 4 300 hectares, 30% of production today is organic or HVE.<\/p>\n

This AOP is rigorously delimited to 28 townships around Brignoles. It is the smallest and the most recent 3 Provence appellations recognized in 1993.<\/p>\n
